Irish Dancing
Emily started Irish Step Dancing yesterday. She loved it. Of all her after school activities, she said it's now her favorite one. And that's saying a lot: she is now doing dance, chorus, cheering, and Brownies (field hockey is over).

Hockey
Michael had his first travel hockey game yesterday. They tied 2-2 against New Hampshire East at a home game here in Gorham. He is playing on the Huskies Youth Hockey travel team and the Gorham Middle School team. With a combined 4 practices per week and 2-4 games per weekend from now until March, we are just beginning what will be a very long season.

Fall Foliage

We have had a brilliant foliage season this year. The maples have turned and are falling. The oaks lag behind and are just starting to change color. I'm sure they will hold onto their leaves until just before it snows, making for a big mess.
This maple tree in my side yard always turns bright orange and really stands out against the dark green oak background.

New Office
Chris is excited about her new office. It goes along with her new job (actually she's had the new job for a few months now). She is now Senior Director of Sales for Olympia Hotel Management, the company that owns the Hilton Garden Inn where she was the Director of Sales. She is now responsible for overseeing sales and marketing at all 14 of their hotels.
