Merry Christmas

Christmas Morning greeted us with presents, cookie crumbs, and an empty beer bottle (apparently Santa likes Gritty's Christmas Ale). It was a quiet and relaxing morning with just the 4 of us, and we were all surprised by the quality of the gifts we received. I hope you all had a safe and happy holiday too.

Uncle Keith

Uncle Keith, Marsha, and Jameson came to visit us just before Christmas this year. It was great to see them and how big Jameson's getting. They got here just in time for an old fashioned Nor'Easter, with about 14" of snow, temps in the single digits, and blowing and drifting snow. Then they got to play in it. We visited LL Bean, opened presents, and topped it off with our traditional Christmas Eve Eve dinner at DiMillo's (Thanks Aunt Kathy!). How fitting it was that it was snowing again when we dropped them off at the airport.

Ice Storm

Terrible ice storm here yesterday. We had no electricity for about 12 hours. Still some areas around us with no power. The sun came out today for a while and it was beautiful.
